Viewer ID coverage

Cap how many DRM licenses a single viewer can request in a window. Genuine students almost never reach a sensible limit; a leaked login draining your library does.

Require viewer ID

Reject license requests that carry no viewer ID, so every license is traceable.

Require a viewer ID on every request

12% of your licenses in the last 7 days had no viewer ID. Turning this on will start failing those requests until the integrations send one. Review integration docs.

Flagged and blocked viewers. Blocking takes effect within 60 seconds; unblocking is one click and fully reversible.
