About benefits

What benefits do

Benefits tell students what they get with this product, like mentor support or printed notes.
When a product has plans, students compare them side by side. Each benefit shows a green tick in plans that include it and a grey cross in plans that don't.
When a product has no plans, students see the benefits as a list on the store page.

What benefits don't change

Benefits are for display only. They don't give or remove course access, and they don't change prices, validity or what students have already bought. Courses in a plan are still set in the plan.

Tips

Keep names short and specific, like "2 live doubt sessions a week" rather than "Extra support".
Put the most important benefits first. Students see them in the same order in every plan.
New benefits start unticked in every plan. Tick the plans that include them before you save.
Only list what you'll deliver. Students may ask for a refund if a promised benefit is missing.
Deleting a benefit removes it from every plan's comparison.
