- Payment Method: Select the mode of payment.
- Transaction Reference: If the payment is not in cash, provide the transaction ID. This field will appear only if a non-cash payment method is selected.
- Note (Optional): Add any remarks or additional details regarding this payment.
- Balance Due: The remaining fee amount will be automatically calculated and displayed after entering the payment amount.
