Churn ↑ sharply	Critical	Sudden increase in cancellations. User dissatisfaction likely increased.	Focus on retention: content freshness, perceived value, plan benefits.
Churn high but flat	Critical	High cancellations have become consistent. Ongoing leakage.	Revisit subscription value, plan structure, and long-term retention strategy.
